Punishments are meant to uphold both law and order in the society capital punishment is regarded be severe most of them. Since beginning time, it has created a long history as form punishment. There different techniques used for execution purposes various nations. But defenses against use have remained unchanged over time. It considered by many that one major reasons violating morality also motivates retaliation. This because which nations abolished concept punishment, while some done so only bring case certain events extraordinary cases such war crimes on. Both UNGA well ICJ oppose application And even though this concept, yet countries like India, China, Pakistan United States still practice it. In “rarest rare” wherein collective conscience community get shocked heinous crime conducted offender, method used. While main objective satisfy society’s feeling towards hatred crime, should rather curtailed death penalty not surety vanish from society.
